What's An Executive Branch Reorganization?

It's been a fairly slow few days for the news, presumably because Trump has been hiding from the Russia stories.

All I've really got is Preet Bharara being frisky:

But while Trump and his people have been quiet, they may have been preparing for something worrying:

Tomorrow at 4:30 p.m., Trump signs EO entitled "Comprehensive Plan for Reorganizing the Executive Branch"

I don't know what that means, but I'm almost positive it can't be good, and there's at least a small chance that this country will never be the same after 4:30 today. So be prepared.
