Are We Really Doing This?

Apparently we are... Jason Chaffetz can't let go of the 2016 election any more than Trump can:

Now that Jeff Sessions has been confirmed as attorney general, Chaffetz has asked the Justice Department to either convene a grand jury or bring charges against Bryan Pagliano, a Clinton aide who helped set up her private email server. Chaffetz wrote a letter to Sessions on Thursday referring Pagliano for prosecution for failing to comply with a subpoena to testify before the House Oversight Committee.
Pagliano refused to appear before the committee despite subpoenas demanding that he do so, prompting the committee to vote to hold him in contempt of Congress last year.

He wants to relitigate a big fat nothing. He's just a menace.

This is clearly a terrible thing to do, but it's probably less terrible than the things the Congressional Republicans could be doing with their time if they weren't busy harassing a poor techie.

But the worst part of this? Having to read the phrase "The Honorable Jefferson B. Sessions III." Not a good way to start one's day.
