Not all that surprisingly, House Republicans are about to vote tomorrow to remove a vital Congressional ethics panel:
I'm going to pull a TPM here because there's a push to call House members, which isn't a bad idea, but given that this things is going to pass and most House Republicans are soulless slugs, the best we can do is get their slime on the record.
Here's how to find your Representative's phone number. If you call and reach someone at a Congressional office, e-mail me at greatconsolidation@gmail.com and I will start a running list of those comments. If we get enough, we'll see if we can get a larger publication or organization to get some more eyeballs on them.
